Manufacturing Technique

1.Control Material Quality
We always choose the high quality materials like batteries ,solar panels,lamp bodies , and we will do incoming inspections.

2.Check Production Quality

When we start production, there are workers always checking the quality around the producing line, and make sure all the lights are working well, or they will call workers to make it right .

3.Aging test
After producing,we will put the lights on aging rack to test for 48 hours :
1.For solar lights ,we check if the batteries can charge and discharge successfully .
2.For LED lights,we check the quality with high-low voltage,temperature,humidity .

4.Check Quality Before Pack
Before packing, there will be a third checking: QC workers will check every lights to see it they can bright. They will left the
bad one, and make sure every light is in high quality .
